- Use of the Services.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify us immediately in the event of any unauthorized use of your account or other breach of security.
When you post or otherwise make available any Content for inclusion on any part of our websites or mobile applications or otherwise in connection with the Services, you are hereby granting WoodenFriend an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, royalty-free, worldwide license (with the right to sublicense) to use, copy, transmit, reproduce, adapt, modify, publicly perform, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), create collective works and distribute such Member Content for any purpose, commercial, advertising, or otherwise.
You agree not to use the Services to post content or other communications that contain (i) political, libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material; (ii) advertisements of any kind; (iii) personal information (such as social security numbers, addresses, phone numbers, etc.); (iv) any chain letters, pyramid schemes, spam, contests, or promotional material; (v) messages that offer unauthorized downloads of any copyrighted or private information
Under no circumstance shall any disclosure of any member content to WoodenFriend be subject to any obligation of confidentiality or expectation of compensation or attribution. By submitting any member content to or through WoodenFriend, you represent and warrant that not all your member content will violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights. You represent and warrant that no member content will be or contain libelous or otherwise unlawful, abusive, or obscene material. You are and shall remain solely responsible for your member content. You represent and warrant to WoodenFriend is free to use the member content, and implement any suggestions contained therein, if it so desires, as provided or as modified by WoodenFriend, without obtaining permission or license from any third party and without any compensation to you.
- Accuracy of Content;
Excluding Member Content, the information we provide in connection with the Services is believed to be complete and reliable; however, the information may contain typographical errors, pricing errors, and other errors or inaccuracies. We will use reasonable efforts to correct errors as soon as practicable. We reserve the right to: (i) revoke any stated offer; (ii) correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omission; and (iii) make changes to prices, content, promotion offers, product descriptions or specifications, or other information without obligation to issue any notice of such changes (including after an order has been submitted, acknowledged, shipped, or received, except as prohibited by law). We also reserve the right to limit quantities (including after an order has been submitted and/or acknowledged) and to revise, suspend, or terminate an event, promotion at any time without notice (including after an order has been submitted and/or acknowledged). To the fullest extent permitted by law, WoodenFriend is not and shall not be at any time responsible or liable for any loss or damage of any kind, including personal injury or death, (whether in tort, contract, or strict liability) arising out of or related to any Member Content, or to any act or omission by Members, by WoodenFriend or by any third party or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in connection with the Services. Any content submitted by our vendors does not necessarily reflect the opinions or policies of WoodenFriend.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WoodenFriend assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, delay, communications line failure, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, any Member Content or other Member communications. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WoodenFriend is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or cable network or lines, computer systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of any email or players due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or on in connection with the Services, including any injury or damage to Member’s or other person’s computer related to or resulting from participation on or through the Services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the services, all content used in connection with the services and all text, images, merchandise, and other information on, accessible from or available through or in connection with the services are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Specifically, but without limitation, WoodenFriend does not warrant that: (I) the information available on this services is free of errors; (II) the functions contained on the services will be uninterrupted or free of errors; (III) defects will be corrected, or (IV) the services or the server(s) that makes them available are free of viruses or other harmful components.
- What do we do with your information?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system. Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.

Woodenfriend warrants products against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship for a period of one year (365 days) from the date of purchase. Woodenfriend reserves the right to determine manufacturing defects and requires proof of purchase from an authorized Woodenfriend dealer or online shop to qualify products as warrantable. If a product is deemed to have a manufacturing defect, Woodenfriend will repair or replace the item at no cost to you.
In the event that we are unable to restore your product to normal conditions of use, we guarantee its replacement with a Woodenfriend product of the same or similar model/color only within the warranty period. If you need to have your product repaired under the Woodenfriend warranty, please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
As long as you provided us all the details required and we have confirmed your product is covered under the Woodenfriend warranty, we will provide you with a return authorization number (RA #) and a customer form that you must then complete and mail in with your product. For any returns, which we receive without an RA #, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
The Woodenfriend warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear or deterioration (Strap/Links/Clasp/Crown)
The life of the battery
Loss or Theft
Damage from abnormal/abusive use, lack of care, negligence.
Accidents (knocks, dents, cracks, broken links etc.)
Incorrect use of the product
Damages caused by third party (e.g. battery replacement, services, repairs, link removals, alterations or damage caused by the link tool being used incorrectly).

Non – warranty – repairs:
If your Woodenfriend product is not covered under warranty, we do offer affordable repair options for any damage that may result from daily use. Send us an email to email@example.com for pricing info. You are responsible for all shipping cost.
REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return (money back) your purchase minus shipping costs for any reason, any time, within 14 days of receiving your purchase as long as it is new, unused, and returned in its original packaging and discounted less than 25%. Please note that if you received a Woodenfriend product as a gift we can only refund the original purchaser and not the recipient. If you need to make a return, please email our support team – firstname.lastname@example.org to get a return authorization number.
Exchange ans store credit
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you may send it back for an exchange or store credit. Items must be returned in their original packaging and be in new condition. If there is a price difference between exchanges, you will be asked to pay the difference before we send out your exchange.
WoodenFriend and our Partners can only refund merchandise purchased directly from www.woodenfriend.com. If you have purchased our product from any other vendor, you will have to apply directly to them for any refund requests.
- We advise that you send the product with tracking and signature required in case of loss.
- Shipping charges are not refundable unless the return/exchange is the result of our error.
- All returns must include the return authorization number. Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- All Sale items and items discounted 25% or more from original price are FINAL SALE and no exchange or money back.
- For returns and exchanges, the customer will be fully responsible for shipment costs and extra fees (taxes, conversion rate, custom and duties etc.)
All orders are processed within 2-business days. A shipment confirmation will be emailed to you once your order ships and it will have all your relevant order details, as well as tracking information.
All orders above €/$ 50.00 are free of shipping costs. For all orders below €/$ 50.00 we ask €/$ 5.00
Customers are responsible for any extra duties, taxes, or shipping fees that may be charged by their specific locality. Please note, any order that is returned to WoodenFriend or his partners, because it is unclaimed by the customer or because the customer refuses to pay any extra fees, cannot be fully refunded but the customer will receive a store credit for the returned merchandise.
